A sustainable urban extension adjacent to Clifton  on the southern edge of Nottingham comprising up to 3,000 dwellings, a maximum of 100,000 sq. m of employment floorspace, retail development, schools, leisure facilities and other community infrastructure.

The sustainable urban extension was granted planning permission by Rushcliffe Borough Council in May 2019. Morag advised on various matters during the promotion of the development and dealt with the s.106 agreement which was required to ensure the delivery of the various community facilities and other planning benefits required in order to achieve an appropriate development.

The permission is shortly to be implemented.
